I have hesitated to blog, simply because I don't care for the limelight and don't want ministry (or really anything) to be about me. I really hate it when ministries are personality driven. The celebrity preacher nauseates me. One need not have "preacher-hair" to be annoying as a minister if the ministry is all about the preacher. I have determined never to make my leadership or church to be all about me. However, I am now compelled to begin blogging seriously and strategically in order to effectively lead, communicate and cast vision. It is a great tool for leadership and ministry that I have been slow to embrace. Here goes nothing.
